Tasting Tuscany: Culinary Experiences at Our Art Retreat
Tuscany is renowned not only for its stunning scenery but also for its rich culinary heritage, and we’re excited to dive right into this world on our retreat. Our journey through the flavors of Tuscany will include a cooking demonstration, a delightful pizza night, and a visit to one of the region’s top vineyards.

Cooking Show with a Tuscan Chef
One of the retreat highlights will be an Italian cooking show hosted by the talented chef and owner of the property where we’ll be staying. She’ll demonstrate how to prepare a traditional Tuscan dish, sharing her knowledge of local ingredients, techniques, and flavors. Afterward, you’ll have the chance to recreate the dish yourself with hands-on guidance. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced cook, this experience will allow you to explore authentic Tuscan cuisine in an intimate setting.
Pizza Night in Panzano in Chianti
Our pizza night will be a time to come together, relax, and enjoy one of Italy’s most beloved traditions—delicious, traditional Italian pizza. We’ll head to Panzano in Chianti, a charming town known for its vibrant atmosphere, where we’ll gather at a local restaurant to savor freshly made pizzas, paired with local wine for those who wish to indulge. It’s a wonderful opportunity to unwind, share stories, and enjoy the simple pleasures of good company and great food.

Vineyard Tour in Greve in Chianti
The Chianti region, known for its rolling hills and vineyards, will be our next stop. We’ll visit Greve in Chianti, where we’ll tour a renowned local vineyard. The vineyard tour will provide insight into the art of winemaking, exploring the history of the region’s famous Chianti wines. Afterward, we’ll enjoy a wine tasting, where you’ll have the chance to savor some of the finest wines Tuscany has to offer.
In addition to the vineyard tour, we’ll have time to explore the picturesque town of Greve in Chianti. With its cobblestone streets and welcoming atmosphere, Greve offers the perfect setting to experience the slower pace of life in this beautiful part of Italy. You can wander the town, enjoy a coffee, or simply take in the stunning views of the surrounding landscape.
